[step-manufacturing] Updates to Nominal Manufacturing Data Package directory

All,

The nominal manufacturing data package directory on the ftp site has 
been updated to include a corrected 5 axis data set and a description 
of the cutting tools.

The other data sets in this directory include a description of the 3 
axis tool paths, workpiece and the stock. The workpiece description 
includes a geometric set describing the measurement points. We are 
working on an update to the STEP-NC Explorer to show these points.
