[step-manufacturing] Mold product and process data for this round of testing

All,

We have a first cut of the test data for the mold part for this round 
of testing. Many thanks to David Odendahl of Boeing for making this data.

The following movie has been made with all three machines taking 
turns to mill the part.  WARNING the movie is an avi file. It is 118M 
in size and the whole file must load before the 3 minute movie 
starts. You may want to download the movie before playing.

For those of you who would like to look at the data more deeply or 
make your own movies, the latest version of the STEP-NC explorer is 
at the URL below. If you do not have one yet, then you will need to
