[step-manufacturing] Toll free numbers for the Dallas conference call

All,

Some of you work for organizations that do not easily allow 
international telephone calls. Therefore, Sandvik has agreed to let 
us use their world wide toll free network for the Dallas conference 
calls. The call in number for the USA is 1-866-481-9887. The call in 
numbers for Sweden and the UK are shown below and the URL gives a 
list of numbers for a wide range of other countries.

Many thanks to Sandvik. Airbus will continue to supply the Webex site.
