I have received input from most of the project teams and we have a very tight schedule. I suggest the following as a broad outline:

Monday PM
Plenary Meeting
Final planning of schedule
Special presentations

Tuesday AM and PM
AP-238 Ballot Resolution Workshop

Wednesday AM and PM
AP-219 Ballot Resolution Workshop
AP-238 Ballot Resolution Workshop continues as necessary

Thursday AM and PM
Joint meeting with SC1/Wg7 on architecture and integration issues
AP-238 Ballot Resolution Workshop continues as necessary
AP-219 Ballot Resolution Workshop continues as necessary

If this schedule is broadly acceptable please let me know as soon as possible particularly if you are a project leader. I would like to enter the meeting request by the middle of next week.
