Minutes of AP-238 CC1 Testing Telcon on 10/22/04

The following are the target source systems for the data:

CATIA v5, UGS, GibbsCAM, Mastercam

The following are the target destination systems for the data:

GE Fanuc 18i, GE Fanuc 30i, Simens 840D

There will be two test parts:
1. The Circle Diamond Cone (5-axis) at half scale.
2. The Circle Diamond Square (3-axis) at half scale.

The AP-203 data for both parts will be placed onto the NIST
web site http://www.isd.mel.nist.gov/projects/stepnc/ by
November 1st.

The AP-238 data for both parts will be placed onto the NIST
web site by December 1st after they have been validated for
correct machining by Boeing Tulsa, and validated for full 
conformance to the AP-238 standard by STEP Tools.

The next meeting will be held at the same time (2PM EST)
on Friday November 5th.

Action Items:

1. Sid Venkatesh to work with Dennis Daniels and Martin Hardwick
   on meeting logistics (rooms, equipment, vendor space, etc).
2. Martin Hardwick to work with Chen Han Lee on developing a
   UGS export translator.
3. Fred Proctor to work with David Odendahl on developing a
   Siemens 840D import translator.
