First cut at agenda for Poitiers

All,

Here is the first cut at an agenda for the Poitiers meeting of
SC4/Wg3/T24 and SC1/Wg7. 

There are some open slots but some projects may want more time.

There has been substantial progress on P28/XML since our last 
meeting so I have given substantial time to presentations
on this issue because it may help us to reach a compromise 
between the the ARM implementors and the AIM implementors.

I will of course adjust the schedule in response to your feedback.
