Agenda for Seoul meeting

Folks,

Here is an agenda for the Seoul meeting.

I have been asked by SC1 if we can hold the AP-238 ballot
resolution workshop as soon as possible during the week
because they will have been in Seoul the previous week.

At this point I do not know if either the AP-219 or AP-240
groups will be meeting, so I have put them both into the
"free space" time slots. 

Please advise me if there are any other constraints that
must also be met.
