AP238 CD/NWI ballot version

Dear All,

We have just posted the version of AP-238 that we want to take to
NWI/CD ballot.

We believe the document is technically complete. The old document
was 300 pages. The new one is 800 pages, 200 of which is long form
listing, and the other 300 new pages document all the AIM subtypes,
plus the new local constraints and rules. 

The document is still missing the AIM EXPRESS-G and the PICS. The
machining operations and tooling are as defined in ISO 14649. The
manufacturing features are as defined in AP-224. We have included
the turning features as well as the milling ones in anticipation
of the turning operations.

The document is supposed to be fully harmonized with AP-224 and we
would appreciate learning of any harmonization failures.
