Updated AP-238 Documents

Hi Everyone, 

I have just posted an updated version of the AP-238 AIM, long and
short form EXPRESS, and the new mapping notes documents on the tech
resources page:

The AP-238 AIM document has now been updated to match the 14649 ARM
documents going out for FDIS.  The changelog at the back of the AIM
details what has changed from the previous v2.6 document.

Please review the mappings for discussion at Fukuoka.  The plan is to
circulate the AP-238 document for a combined NWI/CD ballot immediately
after the meeting.  I look forward to your feedback on the mappings.
