AP-224 assemblies

Of course, but it will be associated with a product definition
relationship that will describe the semantics of the relationship. 
In an assembly that PDR will be an NAUO.  In STEP-NC the PDR describes
the relationship between a workpiece and it's setup on the machine.

In any case, my point is that AP-224 is likely to be "downstream" from
the AP-203 and 214 data sources.  So it should allow assemblies that are
likely to be coming from the upstream data sources.

Given a simple AP-203 CDSR/SRRWT assembly with all adv brep parts.  
If I wanted to use that assembly as input to an AP-224 process, I
would need to convert that assembly to use the mapped item approach,
which is just silly.
