Meeting room request

Dear Sir or Madam,

I would like to reserve a large room (about 30 people) for the STEP Manufacturing
team in Fukoka.

The team will need to meet all available meeting times on Monday, Tuesday,
Wednesday and Thursday. Available meeting times means any time when there is
not a conflict with a plenary meeting or a social occassion.

The team will be meeting to review the proposed mapping tables and AIM for
AP-238 (STEP-NC). The team will also discuss possible relationships between 
STEP-NC and OMAC (and OSEC and OSAKA), and any other manufacturing related
topics that the SC4 delegates wish to raise.
