Dear Dr. Hardwick
I agree to points to points 1,2,3 and 6 of your Agenda proposal.
Points 3 Update on the Turning model being developed by SC1
and point 4 Update on the EDM model being developed by SC1 can not yet be
updated! at the Funchal Meeting. This models exists as drafts in the
European STEP-NC
Project. A first reading will be done at the next meeting of ISO
TC184/SC1/WG7 in May 2001 in Frankfurt, together with the Plenary meeting of
SC1.
A first information about this models could be given at the Funchal meeting,
if we have an authorisation of the European STEP-NC Project management.
I have some open questions about the harmonisation of your proposed NWI and
the planned revision of AP213, which I hope to be answered at the Funchal
meeting.
With best regards
Friedrich M. Glantschnig AMT
Convener of ISO TC184/SC1/WG7
