New Tutorial Programs for ST-Developer

We have been getting a lot of requests for evaluations
lately. To help, we have decided to add Windows executables
and a new Print geometry example to our Tutorials page.

You can use these programs to evaluate the ST-Developer 
libraries for speed of execution and ease of use.
