Meeting Room Request

Dear Sir or Madam,

I would like to reserve a small room (less than 10 people) for the EXPRESS-X project
in Fukoka.

The project will need to meet all available meeting times on Monday, Tuesday,
Wednesday and Thursday. Available meeting times means any time when there is
not a conflict with a plenary meeting or a social occassion.

The project will be meeting to review the final draft of the DIS Ballot 
version of Part 14 before it is submitted to ISO.
