Dear Sir or Madam,

I would like to reserve a small room (less than 10 people) for the EXPRESS-X project
in Fukoka.

The project will need to meet all available meeting times on Monday, Tuesday,
Wednesday and Thursday. Available meeting times means any time when there is
not a conflict with a plenary meeting or a social occassion.

The project will be meeting to review the final draft of the DIS Ballot 
version of Part 14 before it is submitted to ISO.

Hi,

The DIS version of EXPRESS-X is nearly ready. We had planned
to do a final review of the document in Fukoka. However, the
editor cannot be at this meeting. Therefore, I am wondering
whether or not we will be able to hold a productive meeting.
If you are planning to attend EXPRESS-X in Fukoka please 
send me an e-mail. If I do not get any reply then I will
cancel the room.
